Overview

Chatbot Card Management gives users the ability to manage and have a digital variant of their card information available in just a few clicks or touches. Users can toggle their card status and but see their card PAN (account number), expiry, and CVC. This desktop and mobile application is a simple and intuitive solution with a modern interactive flavor.

Further, Chatbot Card Management UI represents a white-label solution that allows the platform to present card information (PAN) to the user without the need to store or transmit card information directly, effectively conforming to PCI compliance requirements. See more here.

Installation

  1. Make sure you have an internal depository node (DEPOSIT-US or IC-DEPOSIT-US) FBO Deposit (SUBACCOUNT-US), or (LOAN-US). See Accounts.

  2. Nodes should be owned by a user with SEND-AND-RECEIVE permission and who is not a match in any user sanctions checks (For a deeper dive into our sanctions screenings, you can view our Sanctions & Watchlists resource).

  3. Integrate Chatbot Interchange:

Statuses

Synapse-issued Native cards have the available statuses of ACTIVE to INACTIVE. Refer to Subnet Statuses, for a list of available statuses.

Errors

API errors will be handled by Chatbot directly, including any input required by the user. The platform does not need to take action in this process. Simply call onError and Chatbot will return the error code and a description.
